I bought several rugs and one just so happened to not be the right aesthetic for my home. I was able to exchange and Steve & Ben were BEYOND helpful & understanding! Went as far as offering to deliver my first rug and even pick up & deliver my second rug (for FREE). So kind, friendly, & easy to talk too! I also wanted to thank Ben for being patient and kind to me while I was so indecisive 😂 but sticking to the end until I got exactly the rug I wanted ☺️ it looks beautiful!
